State of Michigan laws require all Licensed Builders and Maintenance & Alterations Contractors to possess a current Michigan Residential Code (MRC) Book.  The 2006 MRC is the current code by which all licensed Michigan Contractors must operate.  A current copy of the book can be purchased at the Home Builders Association Office.
