Parade of Homes LEGO® Building Contest
Join us for this exciting challenge where imagination meets construction! Participants will use building bricks like LEGO® to create an original home model, bringing their most creative residential concepts to life ahead of the 2026 Parade of Homes.
Contest submissions are open December 16th, 2025, to January 23rd, 2026
All contestants will submit their entry through our official Google Form.
Entry requirements:
- 3-5 photos of your build (front, back, sides, or best angles)
- Photo with a tape measure visible to show the size of the build
- A short builder statement: “Why is this your dream build?”
- An optional video posted on social media (Facebook or Instagram) & tag the official HBANWMI pages to help us find it!
Contest Rules
- Original Designs Only: Your creation must be your own. No pre-designed LEGO® home sets, replica sets, or rebuilds of purchased kits.
- Home-Themed Builds: You must represent some kind of home (Tiny house, cabin, cottage, mansion, futuristic home, treehouse, underground home, etc.).
- Exterior Required: Exterior details must be included. Interior details are optional but welcomed
- Size Requirement: Max 24” W x 24” D x 24” H (Inches)
- Building Block Types: You may use any brand of building blocks
Judging & Awards
Entries will be scored by a panel of judges before the Love Your Home Expo. During the Expo, attendees can cast votes for the People’s Choice Award inside a dedicated Parade of LEGO® Homes display room. Prizes will be awarded for each age group + People's Choice! All winners will be announced on-site at the Expo – Sunday, February 15th at 2pm and on the HBANWMI social media! Winners will also be featured in the 2026 Parade of Homes Tour Guide.
